For AVP Wealth (RM):

Graduation (mandatory).
Preferred: Post-graduation in Finance, Banking, or Marketing with certifications like NISM, CFP, or CFA.

For Customer Relationship Executive (CRE):

Graduation from a recognized university.
Basic knowledge of financial documentation; must have a valid two-wheeler driving license.

Candidates who were selected earlier but did not join, or resigned after selection, are debarred for 2 years.
No request for change of Circle preference will be entertained.

No, this is a contractual position. The engagement is for a contract period of 5 years. However, the contract is renewable for another 4 years at the discretion of the Bank, subject to satisfactory performance and existing policies
