🎓 Eligibility Criteria — Qualification & Experience Required

Educational Qualification (Common for all posts)

Mandatory: Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. of India / Govt. bodies / AICTE.

Desirable: 2-year full-time Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management; Regulatory certifications e.g. NISM / IRDA.

1. AVP II – Group Head (04 Vacancies)

Age: Min 31 years | Max 45 years (as on 01.03.2026)

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in managing sales in Wealth Management / Retail Banking / Investments in the financial service industry
  • Should have managed a large team of Relationship Managers & Team Leads at Regional Level for at least 5 years

2. AVP II – Territory Head (17 Vacancies)

Age: Min 27 years | Max 40 years (as on 01.03.2026)

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Relationship Management in Wealth Management
  • Of which minimum 2 years as a Team Lead

3. Deputy Manager – Senior Relationship Manager (70 Vacancies)

Age: Min 24 years | Max 35 years (as on 01.03.2026)

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Relationship Manager in Wealth Management
  • Experience must be with Public Banks / Private Banks / Foreign Banks / Broking Firms / Security Firms / Asset Management Companies
  • Must have experience managing HNI clients with minimum Total Relationship Value (TRV) of ₹30 lakh

4. Deputy Manager – Wealth Strategist (Investment & Insurance) (13 Vacancies)

🏆 Selection Process

The selection process for Bank of Baroda WMS Recruitment 2026 may comprise the following stages:

Application Scrutiny: Applications will be screened for eligibility based on qualifications, experience, and other criteria. Merely fulfilling eligibility does not guarantee a call for further stages.

Online Test (if applicable): The Bank may conduct an online test. Candidates must secure minimum scores in each section and overall to qualify for the next stage. Minimum qualifying marks for PI: 60% for UR | 55% for Reserved Categories.

Psychometric Test: May be conducted to assess personality, communication level, problem-solving, efficiency, and suitability for the post.

Personal Interview (PI): Shortlisted candidates will be called for PI at New Delhi or via virtual mode. Original documents must be produced at the time of interview.

Document Verification & Final Selection: Final merit list will be based on combined scores of Online Test and/or PI. Selected candidates will undergo document verification and sign an agreement with the Bank.
