🎓 Eligibility Criteria — Qualification & Experience Required

1. Associate Manager – Finance & Accounting

Mandatory Qualification: M.Com / MBA (Finance) / Post Graduate in Economics / CA / ICWA / ICMA

Desirable: Understanding of Indian MSME ecosystem, interest subvention / capital subsidy schemes

Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification in operational departments of any Bank / SFBs / FI / NBFC

2. Office Manager

Mandatory Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Economics / Engineering

Desirable: Master’s in Commerce / MBA (Finance)

Experience: Minimum 3 years in operational / accounts departments with any Bank / FI / NBFC / CA firm. Knowledge of e-procurement portals and AI tools is desirable.

3. Associate Manager – E-Mobility

Mandatory Qualification: B.Tech / BE in Electrical / Mechanical / Automobile / Electronics & Communication / Energy / Transport Engineering / Mechatronics

Desirable: MBA / Post Graduation in Energy / ESG / Sustainability / Environment

Experience: Minimum 5 years in Electric Vehicles (EVs) and related EV infrastructure (batteries, charging infra, EV manufacturing). Experience with national / international / bilateral / multilateral agencies preferred.

4. Associate Manager – Renewable Energy

Mandatory Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Energy / Power / Renewable Energy or equivalent)

Desirable: M.Tech / MBA (Power / Energy Management) / M.Sc. in Renewable Energy or equivalent

Experience: Minimum 5 years in grid-connected Renewable / Green Energy projects with Government / Semi-Government / PSUs / Public Sector Banks / Technical Institutions / Utilities / ESCOs / RESCOs / Energy Engineering Consulting Firms / Financial Institutions (Mandatory)

5. Associate Manager – Procurement

Mandatory Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university

Desirable: MBA / CA / M.Com / M.Tech / PG Diploma in Supply Chain / Procurement / Certificate in Public Procurement / GeMs

Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in public procurement and administration. Experience with Multilateral / Bilateral / International agencies or Climate Funds is preferable.

6. Associate Manager – Monitoring & Evaluation

Mandatory Qualification: B.Tech / BE (Environment / Energy / Electrical / Mechanical / Civil / Chemical) or M.Sc. (Environment Science / Climate / Energy)

Desirable: M.Tech / ME in relevant fields; Certification in ESG / Sustainability / Climate Finance / Energy Auditor / Energy Manager

Experience: Minimum 7 years in monitoring and evaluation projects. Familiarity with UNFCCC mechanisms, OECD-DAC evaluation criteria, IFI Harmonized Standards for GHG accounting, PCAF standards, and the Paris Agreement is Mandatory.

7. Associate Manager – Environment & Social Safeguard

Mandatory Qualification: Postgraduate in Environmental Management / Environmental Engineering / Climate Change / Energy Management / Social Science / Sociology / Development Studies

Experience: Minimum 5 years in assessment and management of environmental and/or social impacts. Experience with E&S due diligence, IFC PS1 / WB ESS9 management systems. Knowledge of World Bank / IFC safeguard policies is highly desirable.

8. Associate Manager – Climate

Mandatory Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Preferably Energy & Environmental Engineering / Environmental Management / Climate Change Energy Management)

Desirable: Postgraduate in Environment / Energy / Climate Change or related fields

Experience: Minimum 5 years in sustainable development / energy efficiency / climate change. Mandatory: Minimum 2 years with Multilateral / Bilateral / International agencies or Climate Funds (GCF, KfW, AfD, ADB, JICA, etc.).

Age Limit: Posts 1–4: Max 35 years | Posts 5–8: Max 40 years (as on 31.03.2026)

🏆 Selection Process

The recruitment / selection process for SIDBI GCFV Consultant Vacancies 2026 involves the following stages:
