🎓 Eligibility Criteria — Age, Qualification & Experience Required
Age Limit
Minimum: Above 45 years | Maximum: Less than 65 years (as on 01.01.2026)
Candidate must possess good health.
Educational Qualification
Essential: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
Desirable: Computer literate — basic knowledge of MS Office, Internet, and typing in local language.
Excellent communication skill in local language is essential.
Experience & Other Eligibility Criteria
- Retired / VRS opted Bank Officials of Scale I & above from Nationalized Banks (including State Bank of India) & RRBs — Preferred
- Ex-Servicemen or Government employees (e.g., Government School Teachers) with banking knowledge, knowledge of financial services, and a completed relevant IIBF certification course
- Applicant must have an unblemished service record and possess a Service Certificate from the previous employer
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an officer / permanent employee
- Candidate must be a resident of Chhattisgarh, preferably from the same or nearby district of the FLC applied for
📌 In suitable and deserving cases, any eligibility requirement may be relaxed at the Management’s discretion. The Management reserves the right to fill or not fill the advertised positions without assigning any reason.

🏆 Selection Process
The selection process for CBI-SUAPS FLC Counsellor Recruitment 2026 involves the following stages:
